About Us

Westchester Lake Condominiums is located in the Countryside area of Clearwater, Florida. Our Community is nestled in the trees surrounding Pebble Lake, and adjacent to us are the Communities of the Westchester Lake Townhomes and The Shores. Across the lake is the Clearwater Countryside Library. We are within minutes of the quaint towns of Safety Harbor and Dunedin, Clearwater Beach, Tarpon Springs, Downtown St. Petersburg, Countryside Mall, Tampa’s Westshore Mall and International Plaza, and the Tampa International Airport.

On Pebble Lake we have many species of wildlife and waterfowl. The photos on this website illustrate a few of those that share our lake and trees like the Roseate Spoonbill, White Ibis, Limpkin, Wood Stork, Egret, Dabbling Duck and Diving Duck, and Leatherback Turtle. We have a wonderful Community for biking, walking, bird watching, and photography!
